Associate Professor, PhD in Philology
Rasim Heydərov Arif – Rasim Arif oğlu Heydərov was born on July 14, 1978, in the village of Şağlaser, Lankaran district. From 1996 to 2000, he studied at the Faculty of Philology of Baku State University. After graduating with honors from the faculty, he entered the masters program and completed it with honors in 2002. From 2002 to 2005, he pursued full-time postgraduate studies at the Institute of Linguistics named after Nəsimi, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. In 2008 he earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, and in 2013 he received the title of Associate Professor.
Since 2002 he has held various positions at the Institute of Linguistics named after Nəsimi of ANAS. Currently, he is the Head of the Education Department of the Institute. From 2010 he has worked as an Associate Professor at various universities in the Republic, and since 2020 at West Caspian University.
