The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Business Management is an on-campus academic program that teaches students the principles and practices of management necessary for the effective operation of business organizations. Students are equipped with knowledge and skills in strategic planning, organizational leadership, human resource management, and corporate governance.
The program provides comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in areas such as export, import, international marketing, international finance, and entrepreneurship, with particular emphasis on foreign language proficiency. It also places special focus on the integration of management and economics with mathematical and statistical disciplines.
The curriculum covers the core subfields of business management, including human resource management, economic legislation, marketing, business regulation, and more-helping students understand business structures within the context of today’s global economy.
To earn the degree, students must complete a pre-graduation internship and defend a final thesis.

- Proficiency in mathematical, quantitative, and computational methods, and the ability to make optimal decisions using these tools (PC-4)
- Ability to use general-purpose and specialized software in professional tasks (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or analytical tools such as SPSS, Stata, Python), and to perform basic analyses (PC-5)
- Statistical knowledge for analyzing and systematizing economic data; ability to collect, analyze, and forecast both quantitative and qualitative data (PC-6)
