The Marketing specialty program equips students with comprehensive knowledge and skills related to the organization, sale, and promotion of markets, consumers, products, and services. During the course of study, students acquire knowledge of fundamental principles and theories of marketing, analysis of consumer behavior, marketing research and market analysis, product and pricing policies, advertising, sales promotion and communication, digital marketing and social media, marketing management and strategy, and international marketing. The Marketing specialty provides students with both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills necessary to manage the market-oriented aspects of a business.
