About the Center

The Student Support Center operates as one of the main implementation mechanisms of the university’s student-oriented governance policy. The Center is a structural unit that systematically supports students’ academic, social, and personal development, ensures the protection of their rights and interests, and contributes to the formation of a healthy institutional environment within the university. The Center acts as an institutional coordinator between the student and the university administration, ensuring the prompt and objective review of applications and appeals, while continuously working to enhance student satisfaction.

 

Mission of the Center

The mission of the Student Support Center is to ensure the institutional implementation of a student-centered management model at the university and to establish a systematic approach to protecting students’ rights and legitimate interests.

The Center ensures that issues arising in academic and administrative processes are resolved within a normative framework and through coordinated action. By promptly reviewing applications and monitoring outcomes, it contributes to the improvement of management processes.

At the same time, the Center supports the development of a student environment based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and institutional responsibility, and promotes greater student participation in university life.

 

Functions of the Student Support Center

1. To ensure that students are promptly informed about university decisions and updates.

2. To organize and implement student support services.

3. To receive, review, and respond to students’ applications and complaints.

4. To organize the review of complaints with the participation of student representatives and present the results.

5. To collect, analyze, and submit students’ proposals and recommendations to relevant structural units.

6. To organize and conduct surveys among students on various topics.

7. Based on survey results, to organize the evaluation of academic staff and determine faculty ratings.

8. To coordinate the activities of student clubs operating within the university and provide methodological and organizational support for their establishment and development.

9. To operate in cooperation with the university’s structural units.

10. To prepare regular reports on areas of activity and submit them to the university administration.
